COMPREHENSIVE PAIN MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Medical Biller Near Baton Rouge, LA
Medical Biller
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not all inclusive):
Prepare and submit billing data and medical claims to insurance companies.
- Investigate and appeal denied claims.
- Collect and review for referral authorizations.
- Follow up on and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Monitor aged accounts receivable and keep to a minimum.
- Prepare and collect delinquent accounts; follow up as needed.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cross train with other departments as necessary
- Participates in other duties as assigned by Supervisors
Minimum Experience, Education, and Licensure:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Billing experience in a medical or physician office
We offer benefits including insurance, paid time off, 401K, Hours Mon-Thurs, 7:30am-4:30pm; Fri 7:30am-3:30pm. Please apply online.
