Ponderosa Landscaping is currently seeking self-motivated, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and in a positive, team-oriented work environment. The Construction Laborer position is year-round, Full-time or Part-time and offers a $1,000 hiring bonus. Ponderosa Landscaping has been designing, building and maintaining the Lower and Outer Cape landscape since 1979. Job Duties & Requirements:

• Experience in all aspects of landscape construction/hardscape
• An eye for detail and taking pride in a job well done; production driven
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and out clients in a professional manner
• Background in landscaping preferred; plant knowledge a plus
• Safely perform heavy lifting, digging, weeding, edging, planting, raking and more
• Follow good safety practices and adhere to company code of ethics and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in landscaping; willingness to learn
• Valid MA Driver's License and DOT Medical Card preferred, but not required
• Good physical condition, reliable, good attitude and strong work ethic
