Now Hiring (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:

Full-Time (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager

Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager

  • Oversee resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental and psychosocial functioning possible on assigned unit.
  • Actively participate in the Quarterly Assurance process, including attending the Quality Assurance meetings and submission of required reports.
  • Make daily rounds on the assigned unit to ensure resident care needs and environmental standards are met.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs for assigned unit.
  • Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager

  • Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently or part of a group.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required

License:

  • Must have an active Nursing License.
