Compassion Behavioral Health is Hiring an Executive Director Near Hollywood, FL
Compassion Behavioral Health is currently expanding and opening a 35-bed ACHA residential facility in Hollywood FL in late February 2023. We are looking for an Executive Director to oversee both the new location and our current location. This position would work in conjunction with the Clinical Director and Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate must have experience in a behavioral health setting.
The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility. The Executive Director will lead and direct the operational and financial performance of the center, ensure the proper implementation of healthcare laws and regulations in daily practices, and develop strategies to grow its client base and service offerings.
