SENIOR MANAGER

Compass Strategy Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Senior Manager, who are proficient and competent, friendly, people-focused, and able to thrive in a high paced environment. A candidate should have an excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to meet a government agency guidelines, maintain a high-level of productivity without sacrificing accuracy able to apply these skills in communicating with all levels of management within a government agency; effectively and efficiently plan and organize the operations of the contract (Unified Financial Management System - UFMS).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The responsibilities and duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with status reports.
• Monitor contract to ensure tasks are being properly executed; make suggestions to the COR for improvements of the operation and prevention of problems; and respond to requests from the COR, whether administrative or technical.
• Effectively and efficiently manage all contractor personnel.
• Monitor all actions by contractor personnel hired in the performance of the contract, regardless of the physical location of the employees.
• Ensure that contractor personnel are fully qualified for the labor categories under which they are assigned and that contractor personnel perform the work efficiently and in required time frames.
• Coordinate any disciplinary matters involving the contractor employees.
• Sign all papers, documents and/or reports on behalf of the contractor, as deemed appropriate.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures regarding the completion of various tasks and reports as they relate to contractor personnel performance.
• Responsible for assigning single or multiple management locations that shall be the responsibility of the individual Manager.
• The contractor shall ensure that time and attendance records of all contractor personnel employed in the performance of this contract are accurate, complete and submitted in the specified time frame to ensure proper payment.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

• Must have a Secret Clearance
• National security clearance must be granted through the Department of Defense (DOD) Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)
• Must be a US Citizen

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• (5) years of experience in the management, supervision and analysis of data/word processing, bookkeeping and accounting operations
• Technically qualified in all aspects of nationwide contract management and ensure that all tasks identified are completed in accordance with contract requirements.
• Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under pressure

While performing the duties of this position, you occasionally may have to lift boxes which weigh approximately 20 lbs. You may be expected to sit at a desk for long hours in front of a computer screen, and you will need to make and receive phone calls.
