Job Summary

Compass Truck Sales is looking for a Service Writer that can successfully run the following scope of work:

• Ensure truck rental inventory is in good working condition and ready for the next customer

• Receive returned rental trucks and inspect the unit for damages

• Write and present accurate estimates and videos to the customers

• Write work orders and communicate with parts, technicians and other departments

• Provide daily service updates to customers

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Punctual

• Positive attitude

• Solid written and verbal communication skills including excellent customer service and phone skills

• Organized and able to manage time wisely

• Desire to succeed in a day to day challenging position

• Mechanical Experience

• Preferred Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Excede Operating System)

• Previous Car/Truck Rental experience preferred
