JobDuties:
- Be a part of the Compass Healthcare and Rehab Team
- Value our residents, while working to provide the best outcome for them.
- Assist with recruitment and training of nursing department team members.
- Assist with Covid testing and reporting.
- Assist with Infection Control practices.
- Effectively communicate with staff members, residents and loved ones.
JobRequirements:
- RN
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in skilled nursing.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory position.
- A desire to serve older adults and willingness to work as a team leader. Competitive Pay & Benefits
