Salary: $48,000 - $55,000 / year

As specialists, we perform services including healthcare housekeeping, management in laundry processing, patient transportation, and food service. The Sous Chef will have daily responsibilities to include oversite of patient room service dining operations. Reporting to the Executive Chef, this role will supervise a team of 8 hourly Associates to help maintain culinary and sanitation standards in our kitchen, as well as assisting with any caterings within the hospital. This position is based at a 150 bed hospital account in Kyle, Texas. Anticipated schedule will be Monday-Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed.
