Job Summary:
The Finance Manager supports the finance and operations teams throughout the budget, forecast, and month-end processes for all TouchPoint Catered Living (retirement/nursing home) accounts nationally. The Manager will analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, identifying trends, and investigating ways to improve profitability. Primary responsibilities include assisting regional and division leaders in preparing annual budgets, and financial forecasts, and monitoring operating account performance. This role reports to a Finance Director and will enjoy a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in our Sandy Springs office and 2-3 days working from your home office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training to operations and support staff on business drivers and metrics of the company
- Develop measurable goals/financial dashboards and client facing reporting
- Recommend actions to improve financial performance
- Be catalyst in improving business processes and procedures
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Develop strong operational relationships with Regional Operations Support Teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required, MBA or CPA is preferred
- A total of 5 years of related experience in Finance with a demonstrated record of advancement
- Ability to effectively manage and extend influence across multiple layers of the organization and a passion for helping your field partners succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; must be comfortable presenting in front of groups and different levels of management.
- Requires a high level of proficiency in Excel and Hyperion/Essbase to successfully manage a vast amount of data and to develop sophisticated financial models.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to set goals and objectives, and timelines to efficiently meet tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and professional image
- 30% anticipated travel
