What You’ll Be Doing:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative office experience or internship required. Law firm experience, familiarity with litigation terminology and/or real estate/appraisal knowledge or experience considered a plus. Proficient computer skills and comfortable learning new software programs. Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe and database skills. Basic math skill and the ability to convert percentages to decimals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with diverse client base in a professional and service-oriented manner. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Comfortable wearing different hats, assuming different responsibilities and assisting others as the need arises.
