Account Executive
COMPAS is searching for high-energy, self-motivated, Account Executives with relevant knowledge of technology and the staffing market. Ideal candidates should possess solid business-to-business sales and account management experience along with a background in recruiting. Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing relationships within our SMB market segment (1-1000 employee based companies)
  • Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
  • Demonstrating our product via the Web
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 3 – 5 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
  • Experience selling business applications is strongly preferred
  • Expertise in understanding the business processes and systems involved in running SMB size organizations
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key ROI and TCO principles used in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO level
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Strong and demonstrable written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
  • ATS, Staffing and CRM experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
  • Strong customer references
  • Strong computer skills, including anything SaaS related
  • Bachelor or University Degree required
