Job Purpose: 

Company 3/Method Inc is seeking a highly skilled Manager – Operations for our Pune location. The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The role includes formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. Collaborating with all department heads for smooth running of operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth running of day-to-day Operations management
• Organize with internal departments as well as with remote offices in both the pre-planning and execution phases of the post-production process.
• Assist Managers with regular duties as necessary
• Communicate with assigned client(s) regarding new projects, deadlines, assets, and status updates.
• Maintain and update our internal database.
• Maintain working knowledge of all production processes/workflows for all production services.
• Conduct dailies/reviews and have all the notes available to all the artists at the right time.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Be aware of and keep up-to-date with the company content security policies and procedures and ensure adherence to the same.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with 7 years relevant business experience preferred.
• Should be able to write company policies and procedures, Design process workflow, Work instructions, etc.
• Advance level of Microsoft applications user, specially excel and power point[DT1] 
• Must possess a high level of written, verbal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• He/She should be aware about the general management practices[DT2] 
• Must have the ability to make decisions independently.
• Must have the ability to influence and coach others by communicating effectively and promoting a positive team environment.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize and be extremely detail-oriented.
• Must exhibit a consistent standard of excellence in all business communications.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines.
