COMPANIONS & HOMEMAKERS, part of TheKey family is immediately hiring caregiver scheduling specialists. TheKey provides premier in-home senior care to help older adults thrive at home with optimal independence, health, safety and happiness, all while affording their loved ones complete peace of mind.
What You Will Do:
The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the daily schedules for assigned caregivers and clients. This role will ensure that all shifts are staffed appropriately and will work to drive high-quality service to our caregivers and the clients they support.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or equivalent years of training / work experience.
- One year of scheduling experience, preferred scheduling experience in a healthcare or homecare online schedule system.
- Proven organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
- The knowledge and ability to comfortably allow you to navigate with computers, software and related technology
- Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone.
- The ability to think outside the box and remain calm in busy environments.
