• Owning the employee onboarding process for new employees at Compana, which includes all new hire paperwork, tax forms, I-9 compliance, enrolling new hires in new employee orientation in ADP, preparing new hire packets, conducting orientation, and other related items.
• Providing administrative support to the HR Director and other team members.
• Overseeing the HR calendar and coordination of events, scheduling of training and onboarding sessions, and HR related meetings.
• Maintaining leave of absence process to include tracking, answering questions, and issuance of documentation/letters.
• Assisting the People Operations and HR Business Partner Team with various projects and initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
• 2 years’ relevant experience in a professional office setting utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible, a team player, and interface professionally with all levels of employees, applicants, and vendors.
