Title: HRIS Analyst
Position Type: This is a full-time; mostly remote role, coming into the office one day per week.

As our HRIS Analyst, you’ll make an impact by:

• Supporting and leading various HR workstreams through new HCM implementation, testing, and launch.
• Working with business partners and subject matter experts to document requirements, design, development, and delivery of solutions to meet their needs.
• Leading the preparation and delivery of standard, ad-hoc and complex HR reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment across deliverables, including adherence to overall global reporting strategy.
• Taking a lead role in the preparation of major reporting requirements such as Diversity, EEO reporting, etc.
• Participating in the design, development, testing and delivery of useful metrics, predictive models, dashboards, analyses and data reporting to support a variety of HR and business initiatives.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2 years’ experience using advanced analytics to derive actionable insights.
• 1-2 years of HR data experience in HCM strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
