Responsibilities

CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Clinical Therapists to support the wonderful individuals we serve! This is a part-time, 30-hours per week position, that will be working in our Boston, MA location(s).This position has a rotating schedule and a starting salary of $70,000.This position is also eligible for benefits and a sign-on bonus of $5,000!This is a fantastic opportunity to receive valuable training to not only start your career, but also to advance it. Duties & Responsibilities:

Work as part of the clinical team to provide outpatient, individual, and group therapy; both in general outpatient and intensive outpatient programs.

Provide clinical assessment including behavioral health diagnosis and referral for medication management when needed.

Perform initial screening, intake and assessment, crisis intervention

Provide individual, group, mental health and/or substance abuse therapy, referral for treatment not provided by the program, client education, and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Behavioral Health License, such as: LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LADC required.
• Experience providing mental health and substance abuse treatment both group and individual therapy preferred.
• Experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, Dialectical Behavioral Treatment, Seeking Safety Treatment, and working with criminal justice population preferred.
