We are looking for experienced, top 1% closers who are willing to compete for a top-tier sales opportunity:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, be able to work full-time, Flexible hours, some alternate weekends.

To be successful working from home:

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and equipment
  • MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Web conferencing software (Zoom, Teams)
  • Windows Sound and Video Settings
  • Must be able to provide:
  • A distraction-free workspace/environment
  • Space for a desktop computer with two to three monitors
  • Stable power source and internet connection:
  • Dedicated high-speed internet (minimum) of 25 Mbps Upload and Download Speeds) and ethernet connection
  • Connection cannot be Wireless, Wi-Fi extenders, Wi-Fi repeaters, MiFi's, or Hotspots
  • Ability to ‘plug in’ your equipment to your Modem/router during work times

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in sales management or sales development management, with an evident record of overachievement on quota expectations

  • Prior closing-role experience in consultative sales
  • Ability to maintain individual sales goals within a defined schedule
  • Confirmed experience successfully leading people to achieve performance goals
  • Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment
  • Exceptional communication, social and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to thrive in a very dynamic environment
  • Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle
  • Experience of mature modern prospecting techniques
  • Experience with outbound calls
  • Background in Real estate, not required, but encouraged
  • Ability to provide situational coaching and advice and help guide leads to opportunities.
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Responsible for internal communication and coordination with other departments.
  • Responsible for summarizing the experience and analytics and meeting quota in the work of this department, establishing, and improving various systems, and improving the business level.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

A glimpse into a day in the life of a Salesperson of KMC...

  • Serves as the first point of contact for Krista Mashore Coaching
  • Responsible for interviewing and enrolling new students in the KMC Programs.
  • Assess the client/agent's needs by asking questions, addressing issues, and building rapport.
  • Responsible for working through a supplied list of leads to set appointments and lead conversions.
  • Maintains communication via telephone, correspondence, and/or electronic mail with prospective students through all stages of the recruitment and admission process.
  • Tracks satisfaction indicators and looks for ways to improve customer experience
  • Utilizes computerized systems to communicate with students, process admissions, prepare reports, and/or analyze data.
  • Support retention of enrolled students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
