Solution Focused
We encounter simple to complex problems in virtually every aspect of our work. We do not just uncover problems; we generate and implement solutions – we look for ways to make something work, not for reasons something cannot be done. Finally, we don’t just drop a report on our clients’ desks, we help them, walk with them and help carry their load.

It often means accommodating clients’ schedules and making time for calls.
Curiosity
Be eager to know or learn something! The world of FQHCs is complex and ever-changing. We must constantly have the desire and be eager to continuously investigate and learn. Curiosity is self-initiated, and one should go the extra mile to read articles, or listen to podcasts that pertain to work, and never be afraid of asking questions on projects.
Give More Than You Get
Helping people first and building relationships are key. We readily support both clients and non-clients with expert advice and counsel, with the willingness to go beyond basic or minimum expectations. Always be willing to take the extra step to find a file, look up information or ask what you can do to help.
