Community HousingWorks is looking for a full time Project Accountant. This role will provide provide support to the Senior Project Accountant, and to assist with all accounting duties in conformity with established procedures for the development projects under the HRED department. This position will collaborate with departments across the organization to provide up-to-date and timely information related to all multi-family housing projects currently managed by the HRED department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
BA in Accounting from an accredited college with a minimum of three to five years accounting experience in a professional work environment. Experience in accounting for construction developments with or without tax credits is a plus.
