Community Care Partners is Hiring a Healthcare Recruiter Near Louisiana, MO

The Healthcare Provider Recruiter is responsible for the successful recruitment of advanced practice providers and physicians for Community Care Partners. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Identifies and sources targeted providers using a variety of creative and effective recruitment methods. Identifies and searches candidate database(s) for potential candidates.Develops hiring campaigns for providers and places follow-up calls to proactively source candidates. Reviews CVs/applications and phone screens all candidates to determine quality and fit for the organization. Maintains a candidate tracking worksheet/database reflecting documentation of positions open as well as candidate statuses. Follows up with all candidates and referring parties in a timely manner. Present provider opportunities with detail and clarity, providing information about Community Care Partners, compensation plan, benefits, and specific elements of the position. Researches and attends job fairs, conferences and other physician recruitment opportunities.Researches association publications, web sites and other appropriate resources on which to post physician opportunities. Assist with the development of promotional materials, such as banners and posters to be used in recruitment events. Provides continued assistance to new hire providers in becoming acclimated to the community during their transition/relocation. Contacts new hires after 30 and 60 days to determine satisfaction with the process and assess opportunities for improvement. Stays current on regional and national provider hiring trends and practices; researches competitor's activities to keep informed of changes impacting Community Care Partner’s ability to hire and retain top provider talent. Perform other duties as assigned.
