Information Systems - Systems Administrator IICommunity Care is hiring a System Administrator II. This rewarding opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys team collaboration, being part of a mission driven organization and who shares our mission to help elderly individuals and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities continue to live as independently as possible in the community. This is a full-time position at our Vliet site.System Administrator II Job Responsibilities:Supports two to three major systems and two to three minor systems. Provides system server support by installing and managing all software, policies, licensing, tools and web interfaces. Provides system server administration involving the installation and maintenance of all servers and hardware components; installation and updating the OS, drivers and third party tools; monitors logs and server health. Provides client support including distributing and managing users and user groups; assisting on client issues and bugs; and providing client tools and options. Provides front-line customer service and support to end users.System Administrator II Requirements: System Administrator II Education: Associates Degree in Information Systems preferred.Required: 5 years of system administration in an organization supporting at least 1000 users. Preferred: Experience in a health care setting preferred. Additional requirements: In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2012/2008/Windows 10/Windows 8 operating systems, for desktop, laptop, tablet and server is required. Knowledge of Windows 2012 Active Directory structure, services, and policies is required. Working knowledge of TCP/IP and other network protocols a plus. Microsoft Engineer or Administrator certifications OR past job experience and years in IT operational roles may substitute for Educational requirements. License/Certification: Microsoft Engineer or Administrator certifications may substitute for Educational requirements. Travel: Regular local travel, requiring use of personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of required insurance coverage.
