Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor/manager is responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support and health status of Community Care program members. Serves as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts. Ensures care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care, the Program for all-inclusive Care for the Elderly and the State of Wisconsin. Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Requirements: Education: High School diploma or GED preferred Licensure: A current Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant required Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia. Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Schedule: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 8 hours a week Every other weekend Every other holiday Community Care is a nonprofit organization with over 40 years of experience helping adults with long-term care needs live as independently as possible.
