Who We Are Looking For:
A servant leader who is willing to collaborate closely with the leadership team to create and drive long-term strategies that are consistent with the mission and vision of CommunityAid. Combining both day-to-day financial operations and strategic planning, you will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ultimately ensuring our resources are managed in the most beneficial way to maximize the support that we can provide to our local non-profit partners.

CommunityAid is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded on the mission of Neighbors Helping Neighbors by accepting donations to create quality jobs, offering an affordable shopping experience, and supporting non-profit partners serving our local community. We employ over 400 employees across our 6 Central Pennsylvania thrift stores and have created a partner network of over 500 non-profit organizations. Since 2009, we have donated over $20million to our non-profit partners in order to support these organizations in growing, supporting, and fostering the communities in which they provide services such as those suffering from food insecurity, basic needs, and housing.
