Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Float Resident CareAssistant to join our facilities located in Onalaska, Holmen, and La Crosse! OurCaregivers enrich the lives of our residents by assisting them with personalcares related to physical, emotional and spiritual needs, assisting withactivities of daily living, and providing social activities while helping themmaintain as much independence and dignity as possible.
We are looking for individuals to join our team of dedicatedand hardworking caregivers serving the many residents of our retirement andlife communities. In this role, you will assist residents in Assisted Living,Memory Care, High Acuity Assisted Living, and occasionallyin Independent Living.
What You'll Do

• Responsible for filling shifts in one or morelocations, at times on short notice being placed in another facility for thatshift
• Assist with filling in for vacations, leaves,vacancies, and/or call-ins
• Willing to learn and assist in our communitiesthroughout the La Crosse, Holmen, and Onalaska area
• Provide dressing, bathing and bathroomassistance
• Transport residents to meals and activities,documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks
• Communicate and interact with residents, theirfamilies, and other departments to create an environment that focuses onresident safety and well-being

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience working in assisted living, long-termcare and/or community health is preferred

Our Wages

• Our starting rates are between $17.00 and $22.00per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases uponorientation completion. And regular wage reviews - we pay for high performance!
• Resident Care staff are eligible for a$3.00/hour Night Shift differential and $2.00/hour Weekend Differential;
• Varying PM differentials are also available insome care units

Qualifications forHigher Wages

• Previous direct care experience, preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/orexperience
• CBRF Certification(s)
