As a Food Service Worker 1, you will perform routine work in the preparation of meals and sanitation of food preparation/serving areas at the Southwestern Veterans' Home. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, work surfaces, and other kitchen items; preparing trays, measuring portions, serving food, and transporting trays, carts and nourishment; and using equipment such as mixers, dicers, slicers, knives, and grinders.
