Our day shift Maintenance Worker II’s at the CHR Complex (275 E. Main) are key members of the building support staff. They interact daily with tenants, visitors and other staff while performing and coordinating service and maintenance activities. The primary mission of Building Services is to ensure a safe, clean, professional environment for the conduct of the Commonwealth’s business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations
- Preventive Maintenance & Minor Repairs
- Janitorial Services
- Assist in coordinating major repairs and/or projects
- Setups & Moves
- Safety & Emergency Management
- Leadership
- Customer service
- Janitorial or housekeeping experience
- Basic construction and/or other related trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Good written & verbal communication
- Basic computer literacy
