About the Role
Common is looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to look after our growing portfolio of homes. This is a leadership role that will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our properties. Having strong technical skills of various crafts such as carpentry and plumbing, and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are essential. This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas of the property meet the standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
