The Committee of 100 is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator is responsible for and manages the administrative content for the Committee of 100’s Next-Generation Leaders program, C100 Scholars Program, and From Foundations to Frontiers report.
The Program Coordinator will be managed by the Director of Programs and Key Initiatives.
Responsibilities
Plan and support the organization of programs and their activities, including coordinating with the Events Team on event planning and implementation
Help coordinate the selection and onboarding process of new Next-Generation Leaders.
Conduct outreach to partner organizations for From Foundations to Frontiers promotion and coordinate/prioritize requests
Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., alumni, Members, and partner organizations)
Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
Facilitate growth and program development
Create presentations, summaries, and help materials to ensure better communication and understanding of the program
Tracking activities and metrics in calendars, spreadsheets, and databases
Other administrative functions as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or Business-related field, Masters preferred
Prior experience as a program coordinator is preferred
Excellent communication and people skills
Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking ability
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability
Ability to work on an Eastern Standard Time Zone schedule
This is a part-time role that will be requiring 10-15 hours per week.
