We’re a social enterprise dedicated to advancing the well-being of children through social-emotional learning (SEL). As a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager at CFC, you’ll be responsible for maximizing marketing pipeline creation through an optimized MarTech stack and actionable data and insights. Building on a Marketo foundation, the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager will work with IT and Business Systems & Intelligence (BS&I) to define and integrate best-fit tools and processes for marketing program execution to empower the organization to invest in the highest-performing channels and tactics. In partnership with BS&I, Marketing, Product, and client-facing teams, this role will drive forward marketing automation and digital marketing strategies. The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager will be critical to Committee for Children’s success by applying industry best practices to execute campaigns, manage integrations, and properly collect, organize, and use data.
This position works both independently and collaboratively to conceptualize campaign improvements through process management, analytics, and systems. This role is an integral part of the Marketing Team and will help communicate and collaborate on strategy, technology, and analytics.

The hiring range for this position is $115,000 – $169,000 annually. The pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience among other factors.
