CommerceWest Bank is Hiring a Senior Financial Accountant Near Irvine, CA
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Controller, the Senior Financial Accountant (SFA) performs the month end closing process for both the Bank and CW Bancorp. The SFA prepares board, management, investor and regulatory reports.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in bank accounting, finance and systems
- BA preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team player and self-starter
- Require the ability to be flexible and work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Present professional image and work well in a team environment
- The ability to cross sell the Bank's products and services to existing clients as well as prospects, growing new profitable relationships by referring opportunities to other parts of the company
