COMMCON is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Specialist

We are an established, yet growing Business to Business services company looking for a professional experienced Awesome Inside Sales Professional to qualify inbound opportunities, determine and fulfill customer expectations, and grow our relationships with existing and new customers. The Best fit will have worked in a small team environment and been instrumental in developing not only customer relationships but is also a strong advocate of a positive culture of accountability in the team. We are looking for someone that doesn't want a large corporate (boring, “be a number”) job, but wants to be in the thick of the daily action. This person will manage customers and expectations (not team members that do this). This professional will need to quickly develop a deep understanding of our business from start to finish while developing relationships with everyone from our oldest customer to our newest customer and everyone on our team. This person doesn't need to be pushed. They push the people around them. They want the details to be right…in our systems and our quotes. From inbound sales, coordinating existing customers and qualifying new potential opportunities, you will work with every customer. Your expert attention to detail and follow up skills shine in this role. You will find gaps in process or the team and fill them until team members are grown or hired to fill the gaps.

Skills Required:

  • Organization and time management. Minimizing chaos and managing priorities will be key in this role 
  • Communication. You will be handling multiple personalities and meshing them together as a single unit so your communication skills will need to be high level.
  • Sales. Experienced in maximizing sales opportunities. Uncovering and qualifying customer needs is a primary strength for you.
  • Self-starter. You will have excellent systems to work with but will need to be highly self-motivated to excel. An analytical detail manager is a great fit.
  • Full understanding of each department. You will need to know how each department works and how they best interconnect.
  • Problem solving will be a big part of this job. The customers will look to you in this area, and you will want to deliver.

Specific Duties:

  • Primary inbound customer contact
  • Qualify and gather details for all inbound opportunities in a highly organized fashion.
  • Initiate orders in our systems, assign estimator, set customer expectation, deliver quotes
  • Grow relationships with customers, referral partners, and other facilities vendors.
  • Customer project scheduling.
  • Increase business by continual follow up and sharing additional service offerings.
  • Social media and blogging facilitation
  • Post Job follow up with all customers. Request reviews and feedback

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • A passion for Customer Service
  • 1 years of experience in management.
  • 4 years of sales and / or customer service experience in a developed sales environment
  • Prefer 2 years in a Sandler Sales trained team who knows the benefit of qualifying
  • Energetic and driven to succeed. An outgoing, upbeat and positive attitude.
  • An aptitude for details, organization and software systems.
  • An organized, systematic and deliberate approach to handling things and decision making.
  • Ability to connect with people and skillfully handle a myriad of personalities.
  • Comfort in managing numerous projects at a time.
