Job Description:

• Creates milestone schedules
• Drafts vendor delivery policies
• Derives accurate manpower estimates 
• Prepares technical summary reports for management
• Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 8570 IAT Level 2 certified or have the ability to become certified within 6 months of employment
• Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. 
• Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision. 
• 0-2 years experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field of study
• Industry project management certifications. 

Technical Qualifications:

• Provide/lead/manage Secretariat support to the government program Engineering Review Board (ERB), Configuration Control Board (CCB), and government Program Office. This support shall include performance of administrative duties, meeting scheduling, notification and other correspondence, planning and preparation to include agenda development, taking meeting notes and action items, conducting associated polling activities, maintaining records, post meeting follow-up, materials posting to/maintenance of Confluence sites allocated for these groups, and overseeing or performing secretarial duties.
