Due to recent growth and an expanding national presence, we are seeking an entry-level Finance Assistant who can immediately contribute to our Finance Department at our corporate headquarters in Lake Mary, FL.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Our ideal candidate will be able to read, interpret and adjust data in an accurate and efficient manner.

Additionally, candidates should be thorough, accurate and honest with good bookkeeping skills. Prior experience with A/P, A/R and payroll is a plus but not required for this entry level position

Applicants must possess strong data entry, written and verbal communication skills. Basic to intermediate QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook knowledge is a plus. 

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, weekly and monthly reporting as well as other general bookkeeping responsibilities.

Finance Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma with some college preferred.
• Related field work experience a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software; strong typing skills.
• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
