We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Credit Clerk to join our Accounts Receivable Team. This position is responsible for reviewing sales orders that require manual release due to credit limits as well as being involved in collection issues.

Essential Duties

• Review sales orders that require a manual release due to credit limits
• Communicate with customers that exceed limits
• Update and issue daily credit hold lists to relevant departments
• Assist with research account disputes and billing discrepancies
• Assist with credit investigations as needed
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department

Qualifications

• 2 years of credit experience required
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented, well organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
