The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for supporting Colortech and subsidiaries' customer relation activities, including data entry and customer communications. This person may also be responsible for assisting with project management throughout the job process including one on one client interaction. This position will report to the Operations Manager / Project manager and work with multiple additional departments.
