Full Time
In-Person Fort Collins 
Salary: $65,000
Accounts Payable (Time – 70%)

• AP Entries & Credit Card Purchases
  • Process and distribute incoming invoices to the appropriate person or department
• Ensure proper payments are issued & in a timely manner
• Manage checks, including burnt checks, stop payments and check re-issues
• Responsible for purchase order production
• Reforecast/Budget Research/Input
• Month-end reports, journal entries and reconciliation
• Quarter-end reconciliations and reports
• Managing vendors, including adds, 1099 verifications, billing and account margin
• Providing guidance to all Business Managers, including filling in during their absence.
• Independent Contractor Management
• Support grant process
• Collaborate with the facility team and construction administration team regarding tenant management, repairs and expense
• Oversee student reimbursements

Audit/Year-end (Time – 10%)

• Overseeing all 1099s, SDS Vendor Review/Clean-up, CTE Grant Management/Reporting
• Assisting with audit, including ACH payments, confirming expenses, lease agreements and credit card receipt

Other Duties (Time – 20%)

• Attend weekly meetings as requested
• As-Needed – filling in for vacant business managers, training and assisting other departments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

*Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.

*2-5 years experience in financial field preferred.
