What you will do: We are looking for a Marketing Manager like you who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the day-to-day functions will look like: Promotes and positions Colorado Access (COA) and related brands across the marketplace targeted to key audiences. Translates COA’s brand strategy into actionable and effective strategic marketing plans. Develops strategic marketing plans for COA and works collaboratively with other marketing managers to ensure strategic alignment and workload commitment. Oversees the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan(s), including evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels. Serves as a brand steward, partnering with colleagues, the marketing communications team and external agencies to bring the Colorado Access and related brands to life through messaging and marketing campaigns that resonate with targeted audiences consistently across all touchpoints.Specific to position focus this individual will partner closely with the Provider Engagement, Community Engagement and Colorado Access Foundation teams to create a thorough, prioritized and coordinated strategy for all marketing and communication tactics.Proposes and manages marketing research projects to generate insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communication tactics. What you will bring: Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field. Equivalent combination of experience/education may substitute with a preference for seven years progressive relevant work experience. Experience: Minimum of five years branding, marketing, and marketing project management experience. Health care, hospitals/health systems, health plans or large non-profit organization experience strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrates outstanding, professional-level written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Requires excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders and disparate sources to develop meaningful, plain language-based content for multiple applications including print, web, social media, PR, advertising. Successful track record navigating matrixed organizations with competing priorities. Demonstrates support for the company’s mission, vision and values. In-depth understanding of marketing research techniques and the tools and data elements that demonstrate a marketing department’s effectiveness. Team player who can work effectively with others at all levels in the organization and who can work to resolve conflicts consistent with COA’s core values. Proficiency in Mac/Windows platforms and MS Office applications. Ability to evaluate and implement new communications technology and tools. Strong organizational and project management skills required. Effective facilitation skills in building consensus and developing communication solutions to meet business needs. Required to manage multiple complex priorities/projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving. Pay, Perks and Benefits at Colorado Access: The compensation for this position is $65,250.00 to $84,500.00 annually. The pay rate/salary is commensurate with experience. In addition to being part of a mission driven organization serving our community, as an eligible Colorado Access employee, you’ll receive a generous benefits package, that includes: Medical, dental, vision insurance that starts the first day of the month following start date. Where you will work: This position will be a hybrid model work environment, a blend of ‘In-Office’ and ‘Remote.’ We are not able to support out of state employees at this time as we continue to serve our members and community in the metro Denver area and across the beautiful state of Colorado.
