What you will do: We are looking for a Financial Analyst like you who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the day-to-day functions will look like: Support all lines of business contracts through reports, analysis and reconciliations. Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial results to support Corporate-wide financial reporting Update existing financial statements, reports and analysis. Analyze monthly revenue variances. Research, interpret, and communicate any changes. Perform reconciliation of payments to key providers on a monthly basis. Ability to understand the drivers and answer questions from the providers regarding payment. Support Sr. Financial Analyst in on-going HCC and revenue analysis. Partner with our Budget team by having deep understanding of changes in membership, revenue and healthcare costs. Participate in forecasting and modeling to support the annual and mid-year budget. Work cross functionally with all departments to develop reports, explain data and support existing reporting requirement. Present finding to various levels of the organization, including VPs and C-Suite Executives.Assist in audit information requests surrounding provider payments, membership and revenue. What you will bring: Education: Bachelor’s degree in health care related area, statistics, computer systems, finance or accounting. Equivalent combination of experience and/or education may substitute with a preference for four years progressive relevant work experience. Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in analyst role, preferably in healthcare or health insurance. Demonstrated experience working with data reporting and analysis or financial analysis. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be proficient in MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point), excellent written and verbal communications skills are imperative; experience with Power BI is a plus. Healthcare, health insurance or medical background preferred. Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving. Pay, Perks and Benefits at Colorado Access: The compensation for this position is $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually. The pay rate/salary is commensurate with experience. Where you will work: This position will be a hybrid model work environment, a blend of ‘In-Office’ and ‘Remote.’ We are not able to support out of state employees at this time as we continue to serve our members and community in the metro Denver area and across the beautiful state of Colorado.
