What you will do: We are looking for a Change Management Consultant like you who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the day-to-day functions will look like: Manages all stages of a project lifecycle for the portfolio of COA Change Management projects. Leads change management activities and applies a structured methodology to deliver projects on schedule, within budget and approved resources. Documents change management requirements and deliverables. Drafts change management communications with clear, concise messaging appropriate to project stakeholders. Applies change management processes and tools to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Assesses the impact of change initiatives. Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness and identifies key stakeholders. Monitors and evaluates change tactic effectiveness. Provides input, documents requirements, and supports the design and delivery of change management training programs. Develops and implements change management learning strategies; creates approaches that follow adult learning best practices and includes alternatives to classroom training such as e-learning, videos, and self-directed methods. Supports stakeholders and leaders to actively guide their teams through individual and organizational transitions. Prepares change management and other required project documents and artifacts. Provides feedback and intervention necessary to ensure project success. Actively orchestrates Change Management Project and Steering Team meetings, assuring support materials and agendas are developed and distributed. Focuses on the "people side of change," including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies. Communicates regularly with the Project Executive Sponsor. Builds strong relationships with project stakeholders and escalates issues as appropriate. Communicates regularly within the EPMO team, and with LOB and Functional Mangers as may be required. Quickly become familiar with client business challenges and technologies to understand the environment for change and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders while leading change. Upon successful attainment of project deliverables, archives and retains project records and documents. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information obtained managing projects.As opportunities arise, provides training and mentorship to new and contract employees. What you will bring: Experience: Minimum of three years’ progressive project management, program development and program evaluation experience. Healthcare industry experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated progression and experience within the Change Management discipline. Proven ability to produce and own high quality change management deliverables that meet enterprise needs, including strategic communications and training materials. Knowledge and application of PROSCI and other change management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of healthcare, managed care and Colorado Medicaid programs. Demonstrates support for the company’s mission, vision and values. Position requires excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff. Strong quantitative analysis, qualitative and problem-solving skills. Proven self-starter, excellent organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and with very limited supervision. Proficient with standard Windows software packages, including Excel, Visio, and MS Project. May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines. Licenses/Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Change Management certification highly preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving. Pay, Perks and Benefits at Colorado Access: The compensation for this position is $56,750.00 to $90,250.00 annually. The pay rate/salary is commensurate with experience. Where you will work: This position will be a hybrid model work environment, a blend of ‘In-Office’ and ‘Remote.’ We are not able to support out of state employees at this time as we continue to serve our members and community in the metro Denver area and across the beautiful state of Colorado.
