Colonial Parking is looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Vice President of Human Resources to direct and oversee the company's HR scope of services to support our mission and overall strategy. This position has high accountability to the senior executive leadership team and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Colonial Parking. We want candidates who can prove they are leaders, effective people managers, and problem-solvers. The Vice President of Human Resources has overall responsibility to ensure the HR Team delivers to all employees companywide the following: personnel management, recruiting, benefits, employee relations, employee training, and development in concert with the executive leadership team, ensures HR compliance with all regulations at the federal and D.C. levels.
