Colonial Parking is looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Vice President of Human Resources to direct and oversee the company's HR scope of services to support our mission and overall strategy. This position has high accountability to the senior executive leadership team and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Colonial Parking. We want candidates who can prove they are leaders, effective people managers, and problem-solvers. The Vice President of Human Resources has overall responsibility to ensure the HR Team delivers to all employees companywide the following: personnel management, recruiting, benefits, employee relations, employee training, and development in concert with the executive leadership team, ensures HR compliance with all regulations at the federal and D.C. levels.

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum of five years experience in Human Resources in a leadership position.
• Established experience with OFCCP regulations and compliance preferred.
• Established experience in managing labor relations.
• Established experience in planning, developing, and managing training and development, recruitment, and benefit programs.
• Established experience in managing HRIS/Payroll systems, upgrades, and vendor relations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

If you are knowledgeable about the following is a plus:

• SPHR certification is desired but not required.
• Experience in parking or other service-related industry desired but not required.
