The Enmarket Service Technician II will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of Enmarket locations including equipment, buildings, and grounds. The Service Technician will assist with the general maintenance at locations belonging to Enmarket. The primary focus of this position is to maintain the appearance and to make minor repairs at our locations. JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES Adhere to all company policies, including safety and environmental procedures. Maintain proper appearance of stations consistently, in a cost-effective way. Keep station equipment fully operational: make sure all lights, signs and neon are working properly, ensure security system, intercom and music systems are working. Assist other members of maintenance team as instructed by maintenance manager. Keep areas of responsibility painted (stations, stores & car washes) and pressure cleaned, paint lids on gasoline manholes and stripping at stations. Change AC filters and icemaker filters; maintain food service items, ice making and sales equipment. Keep all HVAC and refrigeration equipment working properly. Clean all signage at locations, replace decals and signage, hang banners or signs for special promotions. Change hoses, nozzles, swivels, break-a-ways and filters on gas dispensers; change doors on gas dispensers. Maintain integrity of plumbing at locations, investigating high water bills as needed. Keep entire fuel system operating properly, maintaining in-ground filter systems and keeping fuel free from contaminants of any kind. Maintain station buildings and equipment cosmetically: ensure trash cans look their best (clean and no badly faded tops), clean sidewalk areas in front of stores, keep asphalt and concrete areas in good repair. Deliver items to Enmarket locations. Assist in the opening or closing of an Enmarket location; assist station managers, supervisors and management when needed. Maintain hoses, filter bags and area around the vacuum. Clean inside store floors. Maintain company truck, van, and warehouse in a clean and organized manner; maintain control of inventory on truck. Ability to pull a 14-foot trailer. Perform additional maintenance duties to include minor carpentry, asphalt patching, floor tile repair, safe installations, etc. Availability after hours and weekends for emergency work orders as needed, ability to respond to emergency situations at any time.Travel will occur primarily during normal business hours, occasionally requiring overnight stay. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or GED. Some technical training is preferred. Experience in the following is preferred: Millwright, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, roof repair. Ability to demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service while representing Enmarket. Ability to operate a computer for work related functions. Must be proficient with technology to use iPad and smart phone for Corrigo Work Order System. Travel will occur primarily during normal business hours, occasionally requiring overnight stay.
