Colonial Group, Inc. is Hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst Near Savannah, GA

Under general direction, the Sr Compensation Analyst will research and analyze data in support of the company compensation philosophy. In this capacity, the senior analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the compensation design. This position will support Colonial and all subsidiaries.JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIESEvaluate market trends and recommend updates and optimization to the compensation design that will attract, retain, and motivate employees.Evaluate, analyze apply market data to existing and new roles, including participation in annual surveys.Ensures that all HR systems (Ceridian, Pay Factors, etc.) contain accurate compensation data.Responsible for system changes, data integrity and updates of third-party compensation software.Develop and maintain all compensation content, to include training material for HR, Managers and Employees.Ensures compliance with established polices and procedures as well as any relevant federal, state, and local legislation that affects compensation.Maintain confidentiality with utmost tact and diplomacy.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.Five (5) or more years of related professional-level experience in the compensation field.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Adept with a variety of employee communication and training methods.Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables) .Experience with Ceridian Dayforce highly preferred.
