Colonial Group, Inc. is Hiring a Senior Benefits Analyst Near Savannah, GA

Build Your Career, Impact Your Community, Join Our Colonial Family. Colonial Group, Inc.'s Senior Benefits Analyst will lead administration of company’s health, welfare and retirement plans. Position will support benefits design projects, manage vendor relationships, assist in evaluating and implementing new vendors when appropriate and serve as a technical resource on benefit issues. JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES Administers employee benefit programs including life, disability, health insurance, wellness and retirement plans (401k, ESOP).Support annual plan renewals. Monitor and analyze plan operations and vendor performance. Develop recommendations for process and plan optimization.Ensures HRIS and benefit administration system contain accurate data and are configured to meet business requirements.Oversee annual employee benefits enrollment and life events as well as EDI files to insurers and third-party administrators (TPA). Efficiently address a variety of employee issues.Develops content and delivers new hire benefit orientation and other employee education.Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures and with any relevant federal, state, or local legislation, including ACA offers of coverage and 1095 filings.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.Five (5) or more years of related professional-level experience benefits field.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Adept with a variety of employee communication and training methods.Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Ceridian Dayforce highly preferred.Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
