Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Analyst fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success. JOBEXPECTATIONS/DUTIES· Supply related operations includingsupply contract set ups and management, carrier clearance, TABS, and supplyallocations. · All full truck load invoicing - Marine,C&I, Government, and Wholesale.· Set up all customer quote profiles andcustomer account maintenance in PDI. · Performs all fuel cost and supplyanalysis. · Manages all price feeds, including spot,OPIS, Cash Index, and NYMEX into PDI and DTN. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS · 2years’ progressive experience in sales analytics or operations role in a B2Bsales environment. · Demonstratedtrack record of developing and implementing solutions for customers withcomplex supply and logistics requirements. · Stronganalytical and conceptual skills. · Previousexperience/exposure with ERP systems. · StrongTeamwork and Organization Development skills. · Demonstratedexperience in translating business needs into technology requirements.· Outstandingcommunication (oral, writing and presentation skills). · Demonstrated ability to work well acrossmultiple teams and personalities in a corporate environment. PhysicalRequirements:The physicaldemands described here are representative of those that must be met by anemployee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilitiesto perform the essential functions of the job.
