JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
An Agent at Colligan & Company is an active position that must develop accounts, provide personalized and professional service, and build the Colligan & Company brand by being a high character producer. An Agent must be a self-motivated individual that wants to maximize their skills and talents professionally.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production of New Business and Account Rounding
- Service and Maintenance of Accounts in Agent’s Book of Business
- Record Proper Documentation in Agency Management Systems
- Build Positive Working Relationships within the Agency and Our Partner Carriers
- Support the Agency’s Mission, Core Values, and Processes
A qualified applicant must possess a valid state driver’s license and insurance license. A bachelor’s degree and relevant insurance designations are preferred. Must be able to assess risk and effectively represent clients and prospects wants and needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a Team Player - Building Healthy Relationships, Trust, and Professionalism

- Must Communicate Internally/Externally with Honesty, Empathy, and Respect
- Must be willing to Assist and Support the Agency
