Colliers Engineering & Design is Hiring an IT Analyst Near Philadelphia, PA

Overview

Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for a talented IT Support Specialist with excellent communication skills to join our Atlantic IT Team! 

Responsibilities

  • Apply technical skills in support and maintenance of computer, audio visual related equipment, and network systems in a business environment
  • Interact with employees while resolving technical issues
  • Provide help desk operations control based on established guidelines
  • Maintain company intranet
  • Assist the Technology Service Department on large projects as well as accomplish small projects as assigned
  • Propose productivity process improvements to increase workflow efficiency
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees related to technology
  • Create and present training material to end users
  • Work with third party vendors to ensure contracted services are completed to standard

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of 2 years IT/Help Desk experience; 5 years with a college degree is highly preferred 
  • Strong technical background
  • Networking and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong customer service and communications skills
  • LAN/WAN and VOIP experience are helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to bend, sit, and stand for long periods of time
