In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting Project Managers with the active management of design, construction, and closeout phases of healthcare projects in and around Hartford, CT.
• A Bachelor’s degree preferably in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field.• 3-5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in the building design / construction, architecture, and/or engineering field.
• Experience in healthcare related projects preferred
• Demonstrated experience in problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making; and demonstrated ability to manage various tasks, schedules, and deliverables.• Enthusiasm to promote and drive implementation of projects• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for the detail• Strong teamwork capabilities• Ability to multi-task in stressful situations; prioritizing abilities• Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills• Proficient in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint and MS Excel• Enthusiastic and passionate about your career
