Coleman Health Services is Hiring an Employment Specialist Near Saint Clairsville, OH

We are seeking an Employment Specialist for our St. Clairsville, Ohio office.

The Employment Specialist will work closely with community employers and individuals in Belmont, Harrison and Monroe Counties with the goal of job placement and ongoing job support. The Employment Specialist will assist the individual in maintaining employment and also assist the individual in rapid re-entry into service as needed in order to continue employment. Job duties include: job placement, job seeking skills training, assessments, job coaching and follow-up.

Must have a high school diploma and experience working with people with disabilities, mental health, alcohol and drugs, or related field. BA/BS and/or experience as a placement/marketing professional is preferred. Ohio driver’s license, clean driving record, access to a car and willingness to transport is a must. Direct experience working with OOD a plus.
