Job Description:
  • Deskside associate Level 2 with experience in imaging, Laptops/Desktop trouble shooting, resolving printer issues, shipping and receiving equipment etc. 
  • Should have over 4 years experience in the following areas: 
  • Imaging using Pix boot, SCCM and/or intune - Experience in resolving A/D 360 issues
  • Experience with bitlocker, MFA, google DUO.
  • Experience with autopilot 
  • Experience is resolving level 1/Level 2 password, access and general laptop issues.
  • Must have experience in supporting hybrid/Remote users in an large enterprise environment.

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
