Coffee Commissary is the OG multi-roaster in Los Angeles. We’re growing and looking for equally passionate and talented people to fill professional barista roles at our Glendale café.
What We’re looking for:
Your curiosity about coffee should be rivaled only by your commitment to exceptional bar keeping, detailed service and teamwork. We’re looking for people who are disciplined, have a great sense of style and a drive to explore craft coffee.
Baristas that can represent and maintain Coffee Commissary brand, culture and standards while also bringing excitement, enthusiasm and creativity to programs.
You’ll get to work with amazing coffees from a diverse group of roasters that rotates weekly.
Candidates must be highly detail orientated, maintaining immaculately clean work stations while executing service with speed and precision.
Posses an enthusiastic and positive attitude to add to and help cultivate the culture, energy, and environment of all Coffee Commissary locations.
Desire and ability to deliver top level customer service to all guests. BE the reason customers return.
Cultivate an extensive knowledge in weekly offerings, flavor profiles, origins, and stories of our coffees and roasters.
Display a “team first” attitude.
Enthusiasm and interest to constantly explore, learn, and perfect. Having a finger on the pulse of the coffee industry and thirst for further growth and innovation.
